At Bartesian, we want you to enjoy every pour. If you are not completely satisfied with your cocktail maker or accessories, you may return your items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

  Package Your Items

  Carefully pack your Bartesian machine and unused capsules in their original packaging to ensure they are protected during transit.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Print your prepaid shipping label and drop off the package at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned items, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
